The life of John, Cari, and Hailey. Thursday, January 23, 2014. Life as we know it - 6 month update. So I haven't updated this thing since maternity leave ended and I want to keep some kind of record to remember the adventures in parenting we are having so 6 months is a good milestone to document! The life of John, Cari, and Hailey. Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Engineers can build too! For the post side we drilled a hole in the top and bottom of the post. Then bolted a piece of wood to it for the post. Holes in the post. So for the other post, we mounted the wood to the wall. We borrowed a hammer drill and concrete bits and used concrete anchor screws to mount brackets that we used to mount the wood on. Men just love power tools! The life of John, Cari, and Hailey. Saturday, September 13, 2014. Hailey has recently started playing with her Bumbo seat. Being a skinny girl, her legs still (barely) fit in it. So she will gather toys, put them in the bumbo seat, and then sit in it. Sometimes she gets stuck or will figure out how to get out. Another favorite spot for her is the corner with a box of diapers.
