The Life and Times of Shannon and Lindsay. Posted by Shannon and Lindsay. So, my little dear child is now re-entering the wonderful "I don't want to go to sleep" phase again. I swear we just got over this! She sleeps through the night just fine, but getting her to GET to sleep is now a recurring nightmare! I will put her down and she will cry, and cry, and choke cry, and choke cry and CRY AND CRY and - you get the picture :) It's like a bloody murder cry where I keep thinking, Is she like dying in there?

Thursday, February 3, 2011. Mia started a gymnastics program today. It's a very large gym, with real equipment- uneven bars, balance beams, etc. Several older girls were doing some impressive things. Anyway, when she starts new things she tends to get very intimidated and nervous. Today was no different. There are still a smattering of boxes here and there, but it's starting to feel like home. Thursday, October 15, 2009. I love the fall*. It's seriously taken me a month the recover from that race. Seriously. I am just barely feeling like a normal human again.
