Whats your states plan? I have read and agree with the privacy policy. Nearly two years ago, the Department of Labor announced a new rule that would extend minimum wage and overtime protections to home care workers. The rule was supposed to go into effect on January 1st, 2015. We're asking states to release their plans to implement the rule while improving services for home care consumers. We'll deliver this petition to governors around the country on May 7th with a simple message: Show us your plan.
