TWO different groups of musicians entertained us during our evening dining at Meliá. The first band, called MSM (Musicá, Siempre Musicá) played at the Buffet mostly, and once during lunch time at the Beach Grill. MSM PLAYING FOR US AT THE BUFFET. KIKO AND HIS BAND . PLAYING FOR US AT THE ITALIAN RESTAURANT. And learned a lot!

There was construction going on daily at the very end of the pier. The first thing we noticed is that the 'aquarium' was totally gone. The 2 last cabanas were taken down and were being rebuilt again. On the next 2 photos, note the little cabanas standing in the ocean. These cabanas provide 2 hammocks where you can lie down and relax while surrounded by water.

Note the very unique plants growing in this garden, around the "center piece". The foliage looks like that of irises, and what looks like an "egg" sits at the very tip of each leaf. Beautiful!
