If you haven't previously downloaded the game, the Base Game Expansions version includes everything you need. Otherwise, just download the expansions separately, everything new is included. Definitely download the 1999 expansion first, as it corrects a few issues with the original game and adds some new gameplay elements that improve the game overall, and will carry over into all future expansions. Also available to play on Tabletop Simulator! Each character down to one card.
