Aside from Harley Davidson who have been mfg. sidecars almost from day one, The Bingham MK-I. Was the first sidecar in several decades to be available to the general public. The distinguishing mark in History was the article in the Dec. 1969 issue of Popular Science Magazine. Several years later, Doug Bingham took that BMW R60 with a production sidecar.
