http://quehoraesenprovo.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 23, 2011. Well, it's January so I suppose we're due for another post. It's past new years but since I love the New Years season so, indulge me as I share a few of our thoughts and hopes for 2011. (If you don't call them resolutions, you won't feel as guilty for not following through.:). 1) Plant a citrus tree in our backyard:. I'll keep you updated on this project, and if you're nice, I'll bake you a lemon meringue pie like this one. If you come visit! Ps-I love this video. A Year of FHE.

David and Rachel: 1 Month Old!
http://davidandrachelsteed.blogspot.com/2011/02/1-month-old.html
Friday, February 25, 2011. On February 24th, we celebrated Amelia's 1-month birthday! I can't believe she's been here that short of time - it feels like she's always been here. We're all still adjusting to life with a newborn (ie, interrupted sleep, increased laundry loads, and things taking a lot. Longer to accomplish than before), but it's been fun, and we're looking forward to continuing to watch her grow! Cuddling with Mom and Dad. Listening to Mom sing songs and read Harry Potter (start 'em early!

Last night as we were going to bed around 11:00, he said, "I think I'll go do some homework.oh wait,. I don't have any! Congratulations, David, on another semester well done! David and Rachel: November 2010
http://davidandrachelsteed.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 8, 2010. A few weeks ago, my friend Kylee took some pictures of David and I in Emigration Canyon where we live. They weren't maternity photos, per se - just some fun pictures of David and I before we become a threesome in January. I thought my tummy was pretty apparent when Kylee was taking the photos, but apparently it wasn't. Her only comment about it? You look like a little light bulb! Here are some favorites:. Supposed to be doing while David's making a cute heart on my tummy. Amelia...

David and Rachel: Valentine's 2011
http://davidandrachelsteed.blogspot.com/2011/02/valentines-2011.html
Wednesday, February 16, 2011. I'm sensing that, with a 3-week old baby, posts are going to be very brief and image-saturated. Oh well, it's a miracle that I can type this with two hands while still holding Amelia on my lap. :). This year for Valentine's Day David and I stayed at home and made dinner. We made spinach and artichoke dip and cranberry pomegranate bellinis. And molten chocolate cakes with vanilla bean ice cream and raspberries. Everything was wonderful, especially the drinks! Rachel: BYU grad...

David and Rachel: Amelia's First Bath
http://davidandrachelsteed.blogspot.com/2011/02/amelias-first-bath.html
Tuesday, February 8, 2011. Tonight David and I gave Amelia her first real bath! I say real because we've given her a few baths before, but we could only wipe her down with a damp cloth because her umbilical cord stump hadn't fallen off yet. As a result, she was probably cold and didn't enjoy the experience. Now that she can have her belly covered in the water, she had a much better time. Tuesday, February 08, 2011. February 8, 2011 at 11:01 PM. It does get better, I promise! February 12, 2011 at 9:07 AM.

David and Rachel: September 2010
http://davidandrachelsteed.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 17, 2010. Can you feel the love tonight? Unfortunately, David and I did not do the fun things we had planned to last weekend. We didn't go on a picnic, or to a concert; no, we stayed inside and cleaned the house in preparation for my family to come over and gave each other colds. Awesome! This weekend we are doing fun things, though, sickness notwithstanding! Friday, September 17, 2010. Friday, September 10, 2010. Suck it up, buttercup. We all have to do things we don't like. If...I'll ...

David and Rachel: Capitol Reef Part II
http://davidandrachelsteed.blogspot.com/2011/01/capitol-reef-part-ii.html
Saturday, January 22, 2011. Capitol Reef Part II. Our second night in Capitol Reef, we managed to find the spot we camped in the last time we went. Our Jeep handled the rough terrain slightly better than the Yaris. We made tinfoil dinners in the fire. And mountain man breakfast the next morning (bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns all in the same pan). Then we drove into the park to see the petroglyphs carved by the Fremont Indians. David went for peaches this year, though:. Saturday, January 22, 2011. David: We...

David and Rachel: January 2011
http://davidandrachelsteed.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 23, 2011. Capitol Reef Part I. Here are some more pictures from this past summer. David and I took a quick weekend trip to Capitol Reef in southern Utah in August. David went there a lot with his mom and brother as a kid, and it's become one of our favorite places to go as a couple. Since I took more pictures than I could possibly hope to post (and more than you would ever. Care to see), I'll post some highlights of the trip. We had some fun on the way down. We saw a half-sunken house.
