Monday, July 18, 2011. Moab, Mead, and Engagements. It has been forever since I posted last, so I have a lot to update! Ill start with March:. The Walker clan went to Moab to run in the half marathon and 5 mile races. I think Steph was happy to have some others join her in the 1/2 marathon this year! Meg, Jamie, Abby, Me, Steph, and Tyler ran the half marathon, and Chad, Jen, Erin, Whitney, Kramer, and Shawn ran the 5 mile race. We went to Lake Mead! It was a perfect weekend for my first time to Lake Mead.

Thursday, March 1, 2012. Kyle and Emily spent the night with us as they traveled to Idaho to stay with Emily's family. With these two faces, we think they could just move in with us! This year Christmas was a little different. My family was gone to Europe visiting Keith and Natalie, so it gave us a little more time to spend with Chad's family over the break! Chad really wanted to get Reese in the swing before the weather turned cold for the next week or so. We found a park in West Bountiful, stuck a blanket in with her to hold her in, and went for it. She didn't completely love it at first; but I think she was just trying to figure things out. Love Between Two Birthdays. I can't remember what we did for Valentines Day, but Reese looked cute for it!

Our Family

We have returned from a wonderful vacation. The children are old enough to be tolerable on a long car ride and understand that even though we are taking forever, we will end up somewhere. Of course, there is never a dull moment when my family all ends up at the same place at the same time! So now we have renamed her! Our first night was a stopping point in a small Missouri town. We had extra energy to burn and so we found this park to play in for a bit. It was chilly! Drake just wanted to ride a boat!
