Subscribe to the newsletter. The community explorer is designed to provide a multi-level insight of the complex systems community : map the network of scholars that share interest with you, see how the field evolves, get an idea of sub-communities, find a job or find experts. The community network is based on the TinawebJS. Software, also developed at ISC-PIF. 8211; Data are taken from the complex registry directory. 8211; Scholars that have posted a job offer. We are a team of researchers from the UK, Germany and France interested in different areas of cognitive science. This project has many facets:. On the scientific side, Jérôme Sackur. And his PhD student Mikael Bastian. Are experts in the study of mind wandering. This app adresses questions on the mechanisms underlying our ability to daydream. They work at the Ecole Normale Superieure. On the technical side, Vincent Adam. In London (UK) and Sébastien at the Centre Marc Bloch. Headed by David Chavalarias.

It's time to dive into Climate Change! About the Climate Tweetoscope. When the media or us talk about climate change, we mean temperatures, storms, droughts, cyclones, polar bears ; while the researchers talk about observations, circulation models, temperature anomalies. But do the concerns of scientists sometime converge with those of the general public and media? Go to the Tweetoscope. The Tweetoscope is also on display at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie Museum in the exhibition Le Climat à 360.

Mapping Research on Risk
http://tina.iscpif.fr/risk
It's time to dive into academic literature! About the risk map. The 2014 map has been built from an analysis of thousands of academic papers metadata dealing with risk issues. The use of about 5000 terms related to risk have been analysed in the recent risk litterature in order to identifiy the different sub-domains of the research on risk an their most important issues. This map allows you to see at a glance 50.000 relations between terms related to risk. Explore the 2014 map Version 0.1.

Filter by community tags. About the community explorer. The community explorer is developped at ISC-PIF. And Samuel Castillo. It is based on the TinawebJS. Software, also developed at ISC-PIF. Data are taken from the complex registry directory. This directory is maintained by several complex systems organisations coordinated by the Complex Systems Society. The strengh of links between between scholars (when exist) vary according to their shared keywords and reflect the strength of their semantic proximity.
