Monday, August 01, 2011. So I saw this documentary on Netflix called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. On Netflix a couple of weeks ago after my trainer mentioned she saw it and was inspired by it. Friday, August 05, 2011. Rebooting Days 4 and 5. Well, I must say I feel pretty recharged from drinking all of this juice. It's currently close to midnight, reaching the end of day 5 of the juice fast, and I reached a point where I just had to have some veggies. I was craving a cucumber and spinach salad with lime like you would not believe, so I had one. All in all, it was a good thing to try out and I don't feel the need to have anything sweet which is a definite plus. Return to the main glitz.
