On February 26, 2012, the pedway between Scotia Place and Commerce Place in downtown Edmonton was transformed into a sixty seat restaurant called Blink. Chefs Paul Shufelt and Tony Le of Lux Steakhouse. Created a six-course menu for Blink, drawing inspiration from some of the best local ingredients available. Alberta pickerel, sesame oil, fresh chili, fried shallots, pea shoots, smoked sea salt. A cash bar was available.
