About Chish N fips. Chish N Fips is a traditional fish and chip takeaway, run by Adrienne Ring and her loyal and friendly staff. Did you know that the first fish and chips were sold by an Italian immigrant, Giuseppe Cervi, who mistakenly stepped off an America-bound ship at Cobh (then called Queenstown) in County Cork in the 1880’s. We carry on his legacy and we did not need to walk to Dublin. We are located in the heart of the beautiful fishing village in the heart of Crosshaven.
