One year ago today, I posted on social media that I had finally reached my weight loss goal and added this image:. And said that now the hard task of keeping the weight off was only beginning. As you might surmise by the fact that I am blogging about it, I have managed to keep the weight off over this last year, actually losing some more weight and reaching what I think is the final goal weight.

I am a baby-boomer who is now in his second career after spending 10 years in the military. I now work in the computer field, which also happens to be one of my hobbies.
