After missing my routine on both Friday and Saturday due to going out of town I jumped back into the gym today. Started day 22 of the Muscle and Fitness Beginner’s Workout http:/ goo.gl/oqhi68. Chronicles of a Diabetic. My ups and downs as I learn o live with this diseases. May 11, 2015 in Diabetic. Yup, that’s me. Out of control. My last A1c was 10 my weight 284. Two weeks ago, I started doing something about it. I joined a (Smart) gym 6 months ago and went here and there but for the last two weeks, I’ve been going regularly. Today I completed day 15 missing only two days in the last 14. Started with three days in the gym and this week I’ll be there 6 days. Comments feed for this article.

Sunday, February 21, 2016. I have not been tracking my food very good the last week and a half :( but. I still lost another inch off my hips and half an inch off my stomach! I am back at keeping good track this week and being consistent. Scale is evil as usual. Here's a four months progress picture for strength! Last week I got to work out w a female power lifter from my gym. She's awesome! Then the next time I do bench I'll do it heavy! She said it helps build power for bigger maxes so I'm doing it!
