Good Times Horror!: EVILSPEAK REVIEWED
http://goodtimeshorror.blogspot.com/2010/03/evilspeak-reviewed.html
HORROR REVIEWS, NEWS and OTHER CRAP. Thursday, March 11, 2010. First off, I have to admit that I'm a sucker for films that deal with early computer technology. I love Wargames and Tron and of course Evilspeak. I love how the computers worked in these older films; just type whatever it is you need to know the answer too, and the computer will do the rest. I love this stuff! 35(almost 4) out of 5. Posted by The Giallogist. March 12, 2010 at 9:44 PM. I need to get my head checked! Enlighten me old friend!

Good Times Horror!: FRIGHTMARE REVIEWED
http://goodtimeshorror.blogspot.com/2010/03/frightmare-reviewed.html
HORROR REVIEWS, NEWS and OTHER CRAP. Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Frightmare has been called "The Texas Chain Saw Massacre" of the UK. I would say if you are going into this film expecting that, you might be a bit disappointed. Having said that, I don't think it's a fair comparison really. There are some central themes that are similar for sure, but the executions are very different. 35 out of 5. Posted by The Giallogist. March 12, 2010 at 9:43 PM. Very well written review my friend. A lot of clever tu...

Good Times Horror!: March 2010
http://goodtimeshorror.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
HORROR REVIEWS, NEWS and OTHER CRAP. Tuesday, March 23, 2010. For one reason or another I never took the time to give "The Mangler" a chance, that is until yesterday. I'm not really sure why I skipped it for all these years I mean, Tobe Hooper directing a film based on a story by Stephen King has got to be worth a look at least no? Well whatever the reason, thanks to my buddy Matt(shloggs) I finally gave it a look, and really liked what I saw. 35 out of 5. Posted by The Giallogist. Monday, March 22, 2010.

Good Times Horror!: Code Red Finally "SCREAM"s
http://goodtimeshorror.blogspot.com/2010/03/code-red-finally-screams.html
HORROR REVIEWS, NEWS and OTHER CRAP. Monday, March 22, 2010. Code Red Finally "SCREAM"s. Code Red and Shriek Show have finally put their heads together to release the long delayed 1981 slasher "Scream" on dvd. Is this the slasher that everyone has been begging for Code Red to put out, and endlessly bitching over the delays in it's release? This film is an absolute turd that was better off staying buried. There is nothing going on in this film! Posted by The Giallogist. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Eclectic Screening Room. Journeys through cinema and life. Jan 1, 2014. Juanita Moore (1914 - 2014). Among the most powerful acting performances I've seen this past year were those of Juanita Moore and Susan Kohner in Douglas Sirk's Imitation of Life. Which I had watched for the first time last summer). Ms. Moore, who passed away today at the age of 99, was the fifth African American performer to be nominated for an Academy Award, for her unforgettable work in Sirk's 1959 melodrama. A Child is Waitin...
