Berry Meringue Pie – Saol gan Gluten
https://claireregan.wordpress.com/2013/08/10/berry-meringue-pie
Gluten-free living in Dublin. This is a rough and ready recipe and a very lazy take on a lemon meringue pie, using the glut of summer fruit as a starting point. Butter, for greasing. Preheat the oven to 200C (for fan ovens). Make a batch of shortcrust pastry. Roll out the shortcrust pastry. August 10, 2013. You are...

Gluten-free living in Dublin. Blackcurrant and Rosemary Jam. This was my first ever attempt at making jam and I was delighted with the results! A little tart, but I like the blackcurrant tang. I added rosemary on a whim but I think a bit of experimentation is required to get the amount of rosemary just right, I had 2 sprigs and it wasn’t really enough. You could also try lavender instead. The proportions … Continue reading Blackcurrant and Rosemary Jam. July 27, 2013. June 17, 2015. July 23, 2013. Gluten...
