So I'm not going to say that:). I'm going to need to find a better excuse for why I haven't done hardly anything for literally months now.umm. how about "not enough energy"? Lu and I have been doing Couch to 5K together over the past few weeks and it's felt great to get back into our old routines:). We were so happy when we realized that the Miles for Milk 5K - one of our all time favorite races - was towards the end of our training schedule so we signed up! While Mike was away on business, Maddy and I decided to spend the week getting stuff done so that we would be free to have some real fun at the weekend! We were way behind with putting together Maddy's bedroom furniture as planned but we pushed through and finally got it done at 4am on Friday night! Look how cute - we love how it turned out! After American Idol we got our seats for. We laughed so much during the wave before the show. Studios is hosting the. Nightly event at the moment so there were lots of Anna and Elsa related festivities and extra fireworks. They were fantastic and we all loved it when Elsa 'let it go' and made it snow :). They all did Everest.twice!

Two and a half years ago we went to Washington D.C. to see. I have been looking forward to the big weekend for months. Mike booked a gorgeous hotel downtown just a couple of blocks from the White House. This month we actually bought annual passes for Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure for the first time since we arrived in Florida over 15 years ago! I was feeling brave so we started out in IOA and I actually did the Forbidden Journey ride! I was really nervous but it was amazing - one of the best attraction experiences I've ever had!

If I do an event every month (and a couple extra:) I should be able to complete 50 before I’m 50! Now that’s a motivating thought! So tonight I did a Virtual 5K for the first time in a while:). I ran the first 10 minutes and then walked/ran the rest. The goal was to finish under 40 minutes so I was really happy to finish just over 39 minutes! I have a long way to go!
