On the other side, here's a Mr. Roger's-esque peep into the LA school district's instrument repair shop. Just read Will's piece on David Bryne. David Bar...

Stellar appraisal of the sound world in which we move about daily. Amen break lecture/acetate/youtube meltdown for the chin-strokers. In 2005, I was thrilled to be one-upped on a dance/revolution panel at EMP by Nate Harrison's fantastic conceptual paper on the "Amen" break. For those of you who missed this real-time playback lecture can now watch the record spin.

Stellar appraisal of the sound world in which we move about daily. Gone on a gothic vacation. Am deep in the heart of NIN, so not too much updating this or next week. That said, i created a myspace page for the pretty hate machine. Project. i may start a blog there too to chart my thoughts or to pose questions that would be too 90s and annoying here. if you're a fan or have curiousity about the project, sign up!
