I prayed for this child, and God gave me what I asked for." 1 Samuel 1:27. Tuesday, May 25, 2010. We leave in a little over a week and I'm starting to get overwhelmed. But the nice thing is that we have gotten a lot done. The upstairs remodel is done! I just need to decorate it a little. I will post pics as soon as it is decorated. Clothes are hung and washed. Most of our forms are filled out. Grandparents are coming to town to babysit! Wrong I would just like it all to be done so I can sit back and enjoy.

I called last night to tell Troy the news. He laughed and said "It's weird, I feel the same way I felt when you told me we were pregnant with the other two.nervous. There's no turning back now." So, we are officially "adoption pregnant"! Our baby name is: Elliott. I will post pics soon. Travels of the Heart.

Ethiopia has extended the law to say that our paperwork deadline is now May 9th. An entire month later! We are so excited and hopeful that our paperwork will get turned in before May 9th and We will only have to make one trip. Please pray that our paperwork finds its way to the court ASAP. Monday, April 5, 2010. We had a wonderful Easter this year! Started off the weekend with going over to our friends house on Friday to color Easter Eggs. The kids had a blast. We had some very cool looking eggs this year! Sunday morning we woke up and gave the kiddo's their Easter Baskets and then got ready for church. Our church started 30 minutes later this year. Tuesday, March 18, 2008. My little Ayden bug. Ayden is now almost two months old! He is such a happy baby, well most of the time. He is still eating almost every hour. Wears me out, but he is definitely worth it :)! We will be going to Kansas for his first Easter, so I will be sure to post all the pictures when we get back. Wednesday, February 25, 2009. A little bit of this and a little bit of that! Well, J.R. is out of town for business for the week! I haven't been able to sleep at all without him here. Tuesday, July 21, 2009. How fast they change. It has been forever since my last post! I know now that I won't be able to make as many as I had before. My time is very limited with three,lol! I can't believe how fast the kids are changing! Tristan is almost six years old, Ayden is 18 months old, and Mya is almost 6 weeks old. The time sure does fly. Thursday, April 23, 2009. I had my first baby shower given to me by the church this past Sunday. It turned out so nice. There were several women that hosted the event.
