So, I feel like I'm on the pre-op diet with regards to my weight loss. I am exactly 15 lbs down from the day I started my Clean detox, which was Saturday the 5th! More than a lb a day! I know I can't keep it up, but it is so very very invigorating! And, I get to eat! I very briefly considered having one, and decided it would ruin my mood.

Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Eat solids until Saturday with a fill but if I were to just try and do a 2 day liquid and 2 day mushies without my fill I would totally not be able to do it. Crazy right? Anyway so I chose to get the fill and I hope it was the right thing to do because I do not want to be too tight and my fill usually kicks in harder after a week or so.
