This gig has got to be better than the slave work on the Hill…😛. Sorry, I’ve been making a lot of jabs at the Capitol interns lately; probably because one of them asked for my number on the metro. Which was surprising since upon meeting him I basically called him some congressman’s b! Anthony Davis’s doppleganger. But I was not about to waste this trip.

The great thing about going out and experiencing new places is that there is always an opportunity to find more places to explore. At Kefa Cafe I happened to spot a postcard flyer advertising Fenton Street Market. I got a free book out of the excursion, and Laura got a 5-minutes-of-fame modeling opportunity! The book is a biography on Madame Germaine de Staël.
