Wednesday, April 18, 2012. Cycling Club Superstar Recce Trip from Singapore to Putrajaya. 3 Recce trips were made, one on 16-17 Apr and a 2nd one on 6 May 12. The first one (on 2 cars) was to go through the route, look at the hotels and also to meet some people in M'sia. We stayed overnight at Joan's condo in Melaka. CCS worked with Bukit Batok Community Club Women's Excutive Committee to bring elderly (who were wheelchair bound or had difficulity with walking) for an outing to the Jurong Lake on 17 Mar 13. Mr David Ong, BBM, Advisor to Jurong GRC Grassroots Organisations and Member of Parliament for Jurong GRC was the Guest-of-Honour.

Body and Mind Renewal Exercise Client : 郑巧凤. Mdm Tay Kak Hong. Mr Lin (husband of Mdm Tay Kak Hong):. In the past, Aunty Tay shed tears whenever she exercises in our neighbourhood link or when she feels depressed. Nowadays, she no longer cries as she knows and has seen more patients having the same conditions as her. She has been making efforts to interact with our volunteers during the exercise. With support, Aunt Tay can now slowly walk.
