This has become a bit of a famous dish in our house. Whenever we host a brunch, we prepare this one dish breakfast . It’s all done in the oven and doesn’t require too much effort once guests arrive. I made this recipe recently for a pre-ascot champagne brunch. 6- 10 sausages (I like Black Farmer Chipolatas). 6 streaky bacon rashers. 1 bunch of spring onions.

Its not always easy for fishers to find a supply route, and, to be legal, the restaurants will usually need to be a registered fish buyer to buy direct from a fisher.
