And I should have a decent excuse, I mean I have eaten, pretty much continuously since I last wrote. Divorce and the Kitchen Salvation Project. For each person ( 4) you will need one small squash or pumpkin. A bit larger than your fist, but no smaller. To prepare them, wash thoroughly, then cut a lid from the top. Hollow out the innards and rinse out the pumpkin or squash. then place on a lightly oiled baking tray whilst you make the filling.

Monday, August 3, 2015. Tom and I love going to fairs! It's been a tradition for the last 3 summers now. We decided to go to the Tooele county fair this last Friday even though we had heard not great reviews. Well, everyone was right, it really was pretty lame.
