Grant us patience to deal with our blessings. Dillon, Kim, Erik, Brock, Luke, Ryker, Tucker, and Duncan Goodwin. Thursday, January 30, 2014. At one point I caught Tucker and Duncan like this. They were eating the popcorn off the Christmas tree strings. It was so funny. Yes I do feed our children. Cute Kylee and Katie. Kylee is so good to put up with all the Carlson crazies! Duncan spent a fair amount of time snuggled in with Uncle Wes. Cute Trayvn and Duncan getting along. I can't imagine that it could.

Wednesday, July 3, 2013. So much for posting once a week. Lots of changes in past few months. Started working 5 days a week instead of 3. Blah! About mid May I started a using an app called My Fitness Pal. I've lost 9 pounds by keeping track of exercising and not exceeding 1500 (net) calories. That's 19 pounds since last February. Losing the weight has been so hard! He complained the whole time! People are starting to notice, which makes me feel good. Go me;). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Thursday, September 26, 2013. I waited another week, to try again. And on 9/20/13 I found the baby's heartbeat right away, ALL BY MYSELF. And I made a recording. I sent it to Justin's cell phone and told him to play it for the kids, because let's face it, I knew they were still awake at 10:30pm! This time I counted to the rate at about 170 bpm, and the doppler read 168-172. I think the old wives' tale is the faster heartrates are girls! Photo at 13 weeks - from phone).
