Not so sure that I like Grace. 30 reps of Clean and Jerk @ 85Lbs. Rx'd is 95 lbs. Last time I did this workout I did 65 lbs in 3:06. so went to 85 lbs and did it in 3:54. Probably a little light and next time need to do it at the rx'd and try to be right around the 5 minute mark! Brunch - chicken, salad. Snack - apple, almond butter. Dinner - Salmon, salad.
