http://wiscfit.blogspot.com/2010/12/rips-and-tears.html
Just one UW-Madison student's views on fitness, exercise, and nutrition. Monday, December 13, 2010. If you CrossFit for long enough, you'll either witness or fall victim to the picture above. Somebody stays on the pull-up bar for too long, or messes something up on the barbell. Callouses rip, hands will tear, and the end result is a minor injury that can keep you out of action for a while. Check out this article from Rifs Blog. And you'll be an expert in no time. Just one UW-Madison student's views on fitness, exercise, and nutrition. Sunday, December 12, 2010. For some reason, many people view being able to run X amount of miles as a standard for fitness.
