Savvy Brides: May 2009
http://savvybrides.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
For brides who can plan a wedding and still have a life! Monday, May 11, 2009. Check out these gorgeous rustic wedding ideas. The thing I love most about rustic style weddings is that you can find a way to use cheap and unusual utensils to decorate. Mason jars for candles, old cans for flowers and clothes pegs for name cards. All very cute, inexpensive and easy to do. I have to say, my favourite is the vintage tangerine lanterns hung on shepherds hooks filled with colourful flowers. Photos from The Knot.

Atelier Carmel: March 2010
http://ateliercarmel.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 12, 2010. When it's cold and crappy outside, it can be pretty tempting to shop online instead of actually going outside of the house for supplies (and some air). You can usually find 100 times more choices than your local vendor carries, for cheaper, and they drop it off at your house. Labels: vintage antiques accessories. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Atelier Carmel: Tiniest flowers of all...
http://ateliercarmel.blogspot.com/2010/12/tiniest-flowers-of-all.html
Thursday, December 2, 2010. Tiniest flowers of all. I looked outside my window this morning (OK, it was more like noon) to find a few inches of snow covering the ground. These pictures eased my panic. Just for a few minutes, though. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Ateliercarmel {at} gmail {dot} com. Montreal, H2W 2J2. And a few human-made things, too. Atelier Carmel: Long time no blog...

Wednesday, November 24, 2010. Long time no blog. Well, I haven't posted anything for a while, but I think I have a pretty good excuse, no? If not a good one, at least a gorgeous one. Atelier Carmel: November 2009
http://ateliercarmel.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 19, 2009. Yeah, I guess I'm a little late for this one. I remember these from when I was a kid and expeditions through the forest were a daily thing. Pretty Sexy Thirty was the theme for my birthday this year. I asked everyone to dress up, so the house had to look amazing also! The crab apple is from a neighbour's tree, before the berries got all mushy, and the cosmos leaves and black eyed susan centers are from an alley nearby. Cabbage leaves from an old dying specimen in our yard...

Atelier Carmel: Looks like August, tastes like August...
http://ateliercarmel.blogspot.com/2011/09/looks-like-august-tastes-like-august.html
Thursday, September 8, 2011. Looks like August, tastes like August. From Jean-Talon market last week-end. Hard to believe it's already fall. Working on the Concordia Sustainable Foods Festival this week, then one more wedding, and THIS. At the end of the month. Finnegan's first birthday squeezed into that, and maybe our income taxes. Then maybe a little break? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Ateliercarmel {at} gmail {dot} com. Montreal, H2W 2J2. And a few human-made things, too. Oh, the envy.
