Bern J. Galvin. Personal and Professional Profile. We met some of the local indigenous tribe, the Bugle, and traded for some local hats woven out of a particular species of Palm native to the area. The Panama City skyline in the background. In the foreground is the highly colorful Frank Gehry designed Biomuseo on the Avenue Amador peninsula, not far from the Bridge of the Americas (such an impressive name for a bridge).
