I've had a lot of kale and swiss chard from my garden so far - and this is one of the best ways we have found to prepare it. Kale (or Chard) and Bacon. 1 onion, sliced. 10 cups chopped kale or swiss chard leaves (if using chard, cut up stalks and saute with onion). 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper. 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
