Το είδα πολύ αργά δέκα λεπτά αφότου άρχιζε η κηδεία, και δεν προλάβαινα να πάω, κι έτσι εκπληρώθηκε ο φόβος που είχα πως θα ξαναδώ την κυρία Μι -μια ηλικιωμένη οικογενειακή φίλη που αμελώ εδώ και μήνες να επισκεφθώ- όταν πεθάνει ο υπερήλικας αδερφός της. Απριλίου 5, 2012, 3:34 μμ. Άκουσα ότι πέθανε ο πατέρας του Τάσου Ισαάκ.

Γυαλιά δεν μπορούσα να φορέσω, γιατί με ενοχλούσαν μες στο κράνος, νόμιζα θα έσπαγαν στα μηνίγγια μου [σ’ αυτό το σημείο μού ήρθαν στιγμιαία στο νου στιγμές από ένα πιθανό τροχαίο και συγγενείς να λένε με πίκρα. Όταν ήμουν νήπιο, πίστευα πως όταν πεθαίνουμε, έρχεται ένα ασθενοφόρο και μας ανασταίνει. Πίστευα πως, αφού το είχε πετύχει ο Χριστός, έτσι γινόταν με όλους.
