This is a fun and results oriented way to help our clients achieve their "get fit for summer" goals. We have a 'secret' facebook group set up for everyone to share their questions, tips, recipes and just overall camaraderie and encouragement. Monday, January 16, 2012. My name is Dani.not Jillian Michaels. I've been meeting a lot of new people lately, which is fantastic! Funny thing though, when they find out that I'm a personal trainer / triathlete, they almost always suck in their stomach and give me a run down on what they ate (that's healthy) and and a few excuses why they don't really exercise. Sunday, July 1, 2012. Why would you hire a Personal Trainer? It's not easy to keep an upward and onward training plan if you go solo. I've done that - and I have learned that I don't work nearly as hard or consistently as I would if I am working with a 'workout buddy' or especially with a trainer. Friday, January 13, 2012. Wow, I'm blogging! I don’t know about you, but I’m glad the holidays are over. Things were getting pretty hectic last month! I love the festive events and gatherings, but staying on track is not easy! Now it’s time for us to think about new beginnings and our goals for 2012. The most popular goals are obviously about money and career, organization, and of course…getting in better shape! Is it the idea of competing in a race? Is it to loose weight and get into a smaller pant size?
