It has been a long time waiting for the last parts but today was a great occasion for a lovely maiden run: my wife’s birthday! We invited some friends for dinner and they helped me out giving her a superb party. As birthday tradition wants the party animal decides the menu! Last week I had one of those glorious days where I ate the last slice of bread in the morning and for once managed to remember buying a new bread! Just what I needed. That day I had a perfect opportunity to prepare the pudding on my kamado. My son had fun helping in the kitchen! My husband asked what I wanted for my Birthday and I said a night away somewhere. I chose Perth,. Because as a child I had many special memories of visits to Perth on our family's annual trip to nearby Bobs Lake. I wanted a hotel within walking distance of the downtown area, so I chose the Best Western Plus Perth Parkside Inn and Spa. Photo credit: Best Western.
