A social problem like this is rarely encountered in developed countries. But in Cambodia, children with a disability can’t easily receive. Speech therapy to help them to communicate and go to school. It is a big problem. At least 600,000 Cambodians, around 1 in 25 people,. No Cambodian speech therapists, no government policy addressing.
