Nella mia produzione (violini, viole, violoncelli e strumenti del quartetto a corda in genere) preferisco ispirarmi ai Liutai della Scuola Cremonese. I modelli costruiti in tale periodo non solo rispondevano egregiamente alle esigenze acustiche. Di una vasta gamma di orecchie esperte. Offrendo, a seconda del modello, suoni dal più dolce e ricco al più potente e profondo, ma garantivano sempre la grande qualità del timbro. Gli strumenti italiani, inoltre, sono veramente splendidi anche da guardare.

La mia attività prevalente è naturalmente la costruzione di strumenti ad arco, che vengono scrupolosamente realizzati seguendo le regole tradizionali della scuola liutaia cremonese evolutesi tra il 1500 e il 1800. Specifiche richieste del musicista o all'estro creativo dell'artigiano. Si scelgono poi di conseguenza i materiali più adatti ricercando tra le essenze tipiche della scuola cremonese (una scelta, peraltro, molto ristretta) quelle che si ritengono più appropriate per il progetto in divenire.
