BARN RENOVATIONS and the renovations on my little Shephards Cottage my house in the middle of the farm! The renovation of my barn has been ongoing for 3 years now and the costs are mounting up. The barn measures 32 metres by 8 metres and was built around 30 years ago and stands 2 storey high. The huge roof was dangerously sagging and after numerous botch repairs, it was finally time to raise the roof!
