So it isn’t pumpkin but it is close. Butternut squash is another marvel of fall and winter cooking that I for one cannot live without. This dish has so many of my favorite things in it, I am salivating just writing this. At first I thought I might like Superman's lazer eye business, so that I could cook food with my eyes, but that didn't seem right. Then I thought I could be like Magneto.
