No morning work for me. So I headed down to Parkway Parade to look for Daphne around the noon. Ate the hawker centre beside the mall. Lunch was chicken rice with egg. Eat Run. Sleep. Because I like to talk to myself. My mental is killing me. SO I just came back from Krabi for a short getaway trip with my awesome friends. It was really good and I enjoyed it. Snorkeling wasn’t that fantastic though, Tioman/Redang was better. White water rafting was good, and of course the best of all was the company. Eat Run. Sleep. Because I like to talk to myself. So I got back to work. Which means I am hitting the gym again. Did some:. Bench at 60kg for 10 reps x 7. 125kg curls for 8 reps x 3. 2 slices of bread with peanut butter and coffee. 2 crystal jade bread, I Mr Bean pancake and soya bean. Rice with 2 meat, vege and tofu. Topped up with 2 x 8 2 200m @ 43s per 200m with 1 min rest in between. My legs are starting to sore. Someone please remind me to take photos of my food. lol. Eat sleep, swim bike run.

Bought a bottle of white wine for the people but didn’t manage to drink so I brought it home. Yesterday’s lunch: had some fish soup and dinner had ALOT of crabs. 45km bike. The Rockledge Rumble 15K. Before I get into the race report I wanted to thank Tom Krull (the race director) for organizing such a well run event, and also all the volunteers that made it possible. Even more so, I want to thank America's Veterans, for which this event honors. But sure enough, that was my bib number. thirteen.
