EWB-NY Cambodia Water Project. Engineers Without Borders - New York. Roadway and Canal Update. Over the past few weeks, the Military has been working on the laterite roadway. The have completed compaction and will begin grading shortly. Laterite is well known in Asia and is commonly used for tertiary and sub-tertiary roadways in Cambodia.
