A bitchin' down-island sail. February 7, 2014. It is Saturday and the boats are sailing in. Every slip is filled with flags from dozens of countries flying and accents are diverse and everywhere. A boat sponsored by Jaguar pulled in next to us on one side and some Canadians on the other. We met Germans, Venezualans, Austrians and even some US sailors. We discovered it is $800 a night for a room in high season so eating is about all we can afford to do. We left early for Bequia which is a small island south of St Vincent but one of my favorites.
