Thursday, March 26, 2015. I haven't written an update on our 2015 monthly elimination challenge. In January, we removed dairy. February, we decided to remove gluten. In March we added meditation and in April we're eliminating alcohol. I realize that this reads as though the girls are also a part of the entire monthly challenge. Not so, just for dairy and gluten. Saturday, July 11, 2015. For our final Hawaii 2015 post- we decided to have professional family pictures taken while we were in Kaua'i. The lovely Jasmine from New Wave Photography. Flew from Oahu to Kaua'i for an afternoon. Jasmine knew Ben, Lyndsey, and Andy from school in Fort Madison. Small world. Here are 6 of our favorite pictures. Sunday, June 28, 2015. Early on in the trip, Keith took Kara (along with the aunts and uncles) on kayak to Wailua Waterfall. This trip was for kids 5 and over.
