This is the story of a girl. Tuesday, February 28, 2012. The start of something new. Today I worked out with Nasca for the first time. Jeeze do I love that woman. She can work some magic. I'm so excited to meet with her twice a week! Not only did she give me a great workout she also gave me some nutrition guidelines and homework. Lifestyle changes I will be making and I'm ver excited. This is the story of a girl. Monday, August 20, 2012. At first I was afraid. Nasca is gone for two weeks. What will I do without my trainer. For one keep a very detailed journal of my eating habits and workouts. Second I will continue to work on my form and strength and find new workouts to keep me busy. Thursday, May 19, 2011. I can't believe my baby is already 1. She is starting to stand on her own. She won't take any steps yet, but it will probably be very soon. This is my first real cake with fondant. I tried covering a cake before, but never decorated it. I like how it turned out. Kelsey was excited to have so many friends over. And she loved her cake,. She is such an adorable girl, I can't handle it sometimes. Friday, May 13, 2011. 2 cups of hazelnuts. 189; cup unrefined sugar. A pinch of salt.

Monday, November 23, 2009. We're loving fall, except how freezing it is already. We had the biggest pile of leaves in our front yard. This is the first time they played in them. I curled hailey's hair for the first time and i just love this picture. Hailey's Beauty and the beast dress i made for her for halloween. Adelle wore the outfit i wore when i was her age. We call her an '80's aerobics instructor. Then went and washed her hands. She was done after that. Decorating their own mini cakes.
