Ow, my bones. Ok - I don't think Ive had a terrible day all in all. 430pm - 1/4 cup of ice creame: 65 cals. 630pm - 1/2 cup of cooked white rice: 121 cals. 12 red pepper: 30 cals. 1 cup of broccoli cooked: 27 cals. Bite of energy bar: 75 cals. I purged a little bit of the supper because it was gross so i'm going to say I can take off about 30 cals for that? So all in all I've had 228 calories minus my perge so about 200 calories. I'm actually quite pleased. Posted on Nov. 19th, 2008 at 07:54 pm.
