How many animals can you wear in one 1820s outfit, do you think? - hazellwood
http://hazellwood.livejournal.com/28647.html
How many animals can you wear in one 1820s outfit, do you think? 1826 and 1827, all women. A PAGE OF HATS. 1827, French. I can't remember the name of the journal but it is not La Modes des Paris or Journal des Dames et des Modes. The text reads: "Toque de velours à raies d'or. Robe de satin garnie de martre. Manteau de madras écossais." {Thank you. Semi-literally, "Gold striped velvet cap. Satin dress trimmed of marten. Coat of Scottish madras.". This one is pretty generic daywear! Mounted in steel.".

Yeah, I'm just a vapid fangirl - Elegant Revolutionary
http://coloneldespard.livejournal.com/62047.html
Lost in a mist. Yeah, I'm just a vapid fangirl. April 20th, 2011. I mean, that's obvious, right? Srs people are interested in Javert.or, at a stretch, JVJ. But gee, maybe Javert is just too obscure and I've probably never heard of him, what with me being so mainstream and all. 2011-04-20 05:04 pm (UTC). O o Who. what. huh? 2011-04-21 12:25 am (UTC). I know I'm highly defensive about it, but the Les Miserables fandom - including but not limited to Enjolras - has been one of the few bright spots during a p...

Medievalnie i garnizonowo...: grudnia 2014

It is the cat who keeps people, because cats find humans useful domestic animals. EMBROIDERY AND OTHER ARTEFACTS.

R Fic! By mask_and_mirror - Everyone's favourite cynic
http://writing-r.livejournal.com/1363.html
By mask and mirror. Oct 27th, 2007 at 10:19 AM. Fleur-de-Lys (mask and mirror). R, of course! I recently found fragments of this in an old notebook that I brought with me to school dated two years ago. I put them together, did a tiny bit of adding and editing, and hopefully it’ll make sense in the end. Also, why haven’t I touched Les Miz fic in over two years? I forgot how much fun I used to have with it. The historiography of Grantaire, and what Enjolras means to him, past and present. He was twenty-eig...
