Vogrie Park Miniature Railway
Vogrie Park Miniature Railway was constructed and is operated by Eskvalley Model Engineering Society. The 7 gauge Railway is located in Vogrie Country Park. Near Gorebridge in Midlothian and is probably one of the best ground level tracks in Scotland, offering some 670m of scenic circular route. It was not long therefore before approaches were made to Midlothian District Council with a view to finding a suitable location at which to build a locomotive track. The railway is run by a team of volunteers and is independent of Midlothain Council and the Tree Top cafe. If calling with an enquiry please bear in mind that we may be at work or driving, even in the evening.
