Archive for March, 2010. I Want a Ruffled Duvet Cover. March 13, 2010. As I’ve been living in and decorating my house bit by bit, I’ve learned a few things about myself:. A meticulous or deliberate decorator/designer, like the writers of some of my favorite home blogs ( this. For example). I am jealous of those people, but not jealous enough to try really hard to be like them. I am impulsive and off-and-on; I have a sense of what. I suppose I should mention that I have brown curtains with a BOLD rick-rac...

Friday, December 25, 2009. Click here to view our New Zealand Photo Album! Click here to view our Cairns Photo Album! As we said goodbye to Mikey we caught our early morning flight from Auckland to Sydney. Happy to stretch our legs, we settled down in our spacious hotel room and watched a couple Christmas movies. We set up the tree, open our cake present, and talked with the families back home. Though we brought a little bit of Christmas with us, it’s not quite like home. Wednesday, December 23, 2009.

The main vantage points of the Panorama Route and the canyon are the Three Rondavels, God’s Window, and Bourke’s Luck Potholes. Out four hours hiking through the river; Jenny even managed to swim under Mac Mac Waterfall, thanks to a hard head! As we already had our accommodations booked for Kruger National Park, we...
