Between the ghost tour and the Tower of London, I am wondering if our kids will have any desire to study history in the future. Thursday, 18 March 2010. Last Sunday, we had a chance to hike to Dentin, a neighboring village to Harlaxton. It was another nice day (sunny and about 40 F). These 40 degree days feel great after traveling for two months in below freezing weather. We followed the footpath marked by small 4 inch signs with yellow arrows - part of the fun is looking for the footpath signs. Monday, 12 April 2010. Late March and early April flew by when my parents and brothers visited. Nana and Grandpa (my mom and dad) came to Harlaxton. Manor for a week. My parents learned the lay of the land from Sam, Viv, and Ruthie - tours of the Castle, hikes in the countryside, and walks into Harlaxton. After my parents left, three of my brothers (Nick, Dan, and Matt) and Sophia and Colleen stopped by Grantham and Harlaxton. For a few days. We went to a Grantham Gingerbread. 12 June 2010 at 11:34.
