Although my work may take me to various places, Northern Utah will always be home. Just look at this place. That's my neighborhood right there. What a view. Snowbasin Ski Resort. Just a 30 minute drive from my house. These are some of our "smaller" mountains. Coming in just over Spanish Fork which is south of Salt Lake. Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Little Sahara Sand Dunes, Utah. On my latest trip home to spend time with the family we had the opportunity to make a day trip down to the dunes. Its only a 3 hour drive or so and I had never been there before. Amie was the expert and she was right about how beautiful it was. A perfectly cool cloudy day to go to the desert. Our family cruiser with the make-shift orange flag which helped save us from having a four wheeler fly over us on at least one occasion. Posted by Jeremy A.

Here we are on the power line trail shortly after parking. You’ll notice these power lines in the photos from above.
