Striving Toward 100: Buffalo Run...a 50 mile adventure!
http://leisurelyrunning.blogspot.com/2012/09/buffalo-runa-50-mile-adventure.html
Reflecting on the thoughts and experiences of ultra running. Sunday, April 1, 2012. Buffalo Run.a 50 mile adventure! The race began at 6:00 am at White Rock Bay. The temperature at the start of the race was already fifty degrees, which is quite high for March in Utah, and the high for the day was expected to reach seventy. As one would expect, I started at the back of the pack, since my only real goal was to finish the race within the twelve and a half hour cut off. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Italian Cloves: January 2014
http://theclovetree.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Almost every November I get all nostalgic about the events of the year… and then I freak out cause I haven't recorded or blogged any of it and then I try to boost into overdrive to compensate or at least make a mark in our family history. This November was a toughie and the blogging didn't happen at all! And I have to say, I'm kind of a horrible blogger in general. And I hope you had a wonderful 2013 - and that all your days were merry and bright! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

A Mom and Her Boy: April 2011
http://ourliladamsfamily.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
A Mom and Her Boy. Thursday, April 28, 2011. Saturday night, after my dad's birthday party, I was sitting on the couch vegging. I was thinking how tired I was and almost about to call it a night. I began thinking about Easter morning, and then all the sudden I am in PANIC mode. I FORGOT ABOUT DYING EASTER EGGS! I must say, it was a fairly short and sweet dying job, but none the less, it was a lot of fun and Carter still loved it. Dad Turns The Big 60! Last Saturday we celebrated my dad's 60th birthday.

A Mom and Her Boy: January 2011
http://ourliladamsfamily.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
A Mom and Her Boy. Sunday, January 23, 2011. Right Here, Right Now. I can't help but feel like things have been good. I am sure it may be repetitive, but I just have this desire to write this down again, because I want to always remember the moments when I feel this good in points of my life. I thought about it a lot! I considered things I hadn't considered in a long time. A year later, things are right where they are supposed to be. I LOVE our home! We bought our sleeping bags for our camping trips.

http://theclovetree.blogspot.com/2013/01/hanging-out-at-our-favorite-pizza-joint.html
Monday, January 21, 2013. Hanging Out At Our Favorite Pizza Joint. Brad and Dave. Dave seriously was the BEST tour guide/well of information. He was so good to us! So, one night we headed out to treat Dave to our new found favorite pizza joint (it seemed like the only place he hadn't been to - cause it wasn't near his house) .called. of all things. ARIZONA'S. Italians eat SUPER late in the day. Like you're lucky if you show up for pizza at 6pm and the place is opened. Might as well sleep while you wait.

The Italian Cloves: April 2009
http://theclovetree.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 29, 2009. I should've pulled out the camera when they were really into the dress up stuff and taken pictures, especially of all the twirling princesses running around. But I got it out right before dinner when they were done. Ashley obliged me though and struck a few poses. : ). She comes in peace. She cometh from afar. With her partner in suprehero-ness. James was done playing dress up. : ) ). And will take out anything that gets in her way. Yeah, and it's all in a moment's work. It fee...

The Italian Cloves: Agriturismo
http://theclovetree.blogspot.com/2013/01/agriturismo_20.html
Sunday, January 20, 2013. When we arrived in Naples two of Brad's friends were at the airport waiting for us. One of them, Dave, had prepared every single thing we could've needed. He had filled our hotel fridge with food and water. and in the subsequent weeks took us all over. He was getting ready to leave Italy (infact his family had already flown out) and he took us around to a few of his favorite places. One of those was an agriturismo. Yes, 3-4 hours! It took us 3.5). I LOVE those goggles! But I ser...

The Italian Cloves: Comforts of Couch
http://theclovetree.blogspot.com/2013/02/comforts-of-couch.html
Friday, February 15, 2013. I have 2 MORE WEEKS until the big due date! Maybe it's the cold I have but I feel so . limited in being able to move about. . Actually the other day I did the DUMBEST thing EVER! I am the YW President here and one of our Beehives and I had climbed 3 FLIGHTS of stairs (she effortlessly. Me with some gasping for breath.) .and these are ITALIAN FLIGHTS so it's like 4 FLIGHTS .and "heart attacked" and valentine-candy-attacked another Beehive's apartment door. And the next morning.
