Do you ever stop to think about how amazing it is that hardly anyone ever dies of starvation in this country? To be fair, many people are malnourished and this can cause all kinds of health problems (some of which can lead to death), but quantity of food is not a major problem in this country. This leads to the obvious question of how to find food that is both healthy and affordable. Some favorites of mine are. Beans and rice - a staple in many poor peoples’ diet. Value creation vs value extraction. People tend to focus their attention on what they can get (value extraction) not what they can offer (value creation). This works great in the short term and makes sense for one-off decision where you’re never going to interact with the other person again, but for most of our daily interactions you’re worse off for it. Ever do a crappy job on a project that ended up kicking ass by luck? These are two extremes, but this type of thing happens all the time.

You Dishwasher’s Data Integrity. We’re having the following debate in my house, what do you think? Most people would say no, and I have no problem with that, but here’s the wrinkle: when you open the dishwasher, the seal indicating that the dishes inside are clean has now been broken. The next person to come into the kitchen has no way to know if the dishes inside are clean or dirty, without manually inspecting them. What do you do? Check out the priceonomics bike price guide.

In the past many procedures had to be done in the hospital or ambulatory surgicenter facilities where they usually charge thousands of dollars in fees for their services. By giving the dentist or the doctor the ability to perform these procedures in their own offices, we have cut or completely eliminated this facility fee, saving the patient these facility fees.

Of web design investing. Investing in the stock market assumes risk and its corollary, reward. A simple approach to reducing risk could be to reduce the possible reward. So, bonds or treasuries may seem more appealing than say stock equities and/or commodities. But avoiding possible upside rewards via bypassing exposure to stocks can be seen as a risk in its self. What specific criteria can be used for comparative purposes?
